The black-crowned night heron

The black-crowned night heron (Nycticorax nycticorax), or black-capped night heron are small herons. The black-crowned night heron  have large, flat heads, with heavy-pointed bills and thick necks. The Adult Black-crowned Night-Herons have pale gray bellies and wings with black backs .The faces of such a bird  are white with a black cap, topped by a white plume. And eyes are with black bill and red .eyes. whereas Juveniles night heron  are mark with spots  in gray, brown, and white coloring and have streaked breasts.The legs are short. During in flight, legs are barely reach the end of the tail. The wings of such bird are broad and rounded.They live in fresh, salt, and brackish wetlands. These bird are found throughout a large part of the world, except in the coldest regions and Australasia.
