Kolkata Book Fair: The 44th International Kolkata Book Fair started from  January 29th January 2020  and ran till  9th February 2020 at Central Park Mela Ground, SaltLake, Kolkata, The 44th International Kolkata Book Fair (IKBF) inaugurated by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on January 29, 2020.There are 600 stalls of publishers from India and abroad pariticipated in this biggest international book fair . This year focal theme is country Russia in this book fair. besides this, 11 Latin American countries including the United States, United States of America, Japan, Vietnam, France, Argentina, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Australia, Bangladesh participated in this book fair.Publishers from across India  such as Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, Nagaland, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Telangana and Odisha have set stalls up here. The book fair ran from 12 P.M to 8 pm.
